  5. Receive and hand over legal documents, documents related to the Building: fire protection records, environmental records, as-built records, drawings, technical documents.
  6. Procuring and equipping tools and equipment for daily activities; fully prepare the conditions to put the Building into operation.

 

B. Operation phase:

 

  1. Management, operation, inspection and maintenance of the building technical system regularly and periodically;
  2. Manage and control operations, provide essential services at the Building: security services, cleaning services, environmental sanitation, landscape care
  3. Manage and supervise the quality of subcontractors
  4. Manage and take care of Tenants
  5. Manage and control the work of security, safety, fire prevention and fighting, environmental sanitation to ensure compliance with the law;
  6. Risk management, control and risk assessment analysis to take preventive measures for activities at the Building;
  7. Manage and control operating costs and energy costs.
