It has been nearly a year since I returned to See The Space I CRE after a full-time consultancy contract for Nam Long Developer. With my complete attention directed towards the business, I aimed to develop a new website and CRM while establishing opportunities to grow the business. However, the business performance did not meet the expectations, leading me to question my own capabilities.
Subsequently, I engaged in open discussions with business networks and learnt that they were also experiencing the same in the first 6-month period. It became evident that this was a market issue.
